We appreciate your help in rescuing strays off the streets. Anytime that you find a friendly cat that needs a home please fill out the form below or call/text (717) 682-4933 and leave a message. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. If you would like to drop off items to us please call us at this number and let us know what items you would like to drop off to us.

Please know that we are a cat only rescue meaning that we do not take dogs. Calls about dogs will not be returned as we only focus on cats. Thank you for understanding.

We do not take owner surrenders; however, we would be happy to place a courtesy post on our website. Please click here to contact us regarding your courtesy post.

We are staffed 100% with unpaid volunteers and we all have jobs that allow us to help these kitties and pay the bills. Please be patient while we work through our messages. If you have an emergency, you can also reach out to us on Facebook.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GRANT WRITERS
We were hit so very hard when we took in 300 more cats last year, spending $20,000 each month mostly on veterinary expenses because we strive to save cats who would be euthanized anywhere else. We hold events each month and receive both wishlist and monetary donations throughout the year which does help and we truly appreciate it. Thank you.
Unfortunately it is not enough and we have not received much grants. We are in dire need of grant writers so we can continue to save cats.

Our MOD Pizza Fundraiser is on April 25th!
We are having a MOD Pizza fundraiser on Tuesday, April 25th from 10:30a to 10p at the 370 Town Center Dr. in West York. You can show our fundraiser flyer (phone or printed out) or simply mention you are there to support Heavenly Paws so we can receive 20% of proceeds that day. Online ordering is available on the app or website with the code "MODGIVES20". It is the purrfect time to grab lunch, dinner or a late night snack while supporting our shelter! Thank You!

Our Pound & Pour Fundraiser is on May 13th!
Join us on Saturday, May 13th at 10am to 12:30pm at Thunder Ridge Vineyards (932 Hilltop Dr., Spring Grove, PA) for our Pound & Pour Fundraiser!
SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. with POUND Instructor, Heather Cintron. Channel your inner rock-star with this full-body cardio jam session, inspired by drumming. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories, and tone while rocking out to your favorite music.
Following a 45- minute workout, treat yourself to a complimentary glass of wine. Food is available but not included. Please bring an exercise mat with you. Heather will provide the Ripstix. Please arrive early to sign in and find your spot. Class begins at 10am. This is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds.

Our 1st Spaghetti Dinner is on July 16th!

Please join us at our first Heavenly Paws Animal Shelter, Inc. Spaghetti Dinner where 100% proceeds will go to our high veterinary expenses. Our dinner will be on Sunday, July 16th from 3p to 5:30p at Dover Township Community Center (3700 Davidsburg Rd. in Dover, PA).
All you can eat for $10 adults and $5 children (10 years and under). Dinner will include spaghetti and meatballs (or no meatballs if vegetarian), breadsticks, salad, dessert and beverage. We will also have music, 50/50, door prizes and a silent auction.
Last year we hit our record high number of 866 cats, over 300 more cats than 2021. This was a VERY hard hit for us and now we are facing a difficult time. We hope to keep our doors open and cannot do it without your support.
